WHAT IS PRIVATE LABEL BRANDING?

Private Label Branding is the ULTIMATE one stop shop for all of your hair business branding needs! 
On top of our logo design services, we also offer printing services for branding materials. This includes adding your logo on bonnets, edge scarfs, hair extension bags, hair tags, and more.
Our goal is to make your brand look great!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Crafting the perfect brand starts with a professionally designed logo.

If you are just starting out with your business, we recommend our logo design service to set you on the right path! From here, once you have a prepared and finalized logo, you can then use it for our printing services.

If you already have a logo available though, you can skip this step, and go straight to our printing services here

HOW DOES THE LOGO DESIGN SERVICE WORK?

1. Purchase the custom logo service here.
2. Fill out the form provided on the logo design page. Include DETAILED information regarding your customization preferences. You can also upload a photo for better reference as well. 
3. Once the form is finished, add your request to the cart and proceed with the payment. You should then receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
4. Our designers will receive your form, and will begin creating the logos based on the information provided on the form. They will create SIX concepts for you to select from. 
5.  The logo design process will take about 3-5 business days to complete. This DOES NOT include weekends. You will receive an email update from our designers when the process is complete. Choose one of the proofs, and approve them for the next steps in finalizing the design.

If you don't like any of the proofs, you have the option to have them remade.

6. Once approved, the graphic designer will send you different formats of your logo via email. They will be sent in a ZIP file, and they will be ready for use!


LOGO DESIGN SAMPLES

I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO. HOW CAN I USE MY LOGO FOR YOUR PRINTING SERVICES?

If you already have a logo prepared, please refer to the steps below, and learn how to can get your own customized branding materials with us.

1. You can view our custom labels or silk item options here. Choose the branding material of your preference.
2. After you select the label or silk item of your preference, upload your logo to the page, before finalizing your purchase. If you were not able to upload your logo prior to making the purchase, you can email the desired logo to agency@privatelabelextensions.com. Please make sure to provide your order number on the email for verification purposes. 
3. Once we receive your logo, please give about 1-2 business days for our designer to send you an email follow up. You will then receive a message with proofs of your customized items. You can request for any possible adjustments on the logo until you approve of its conditions.
4. Once approved, your labels/bags will be processed for printing.
  • Label Printing: Orders generally ship within 2-3 weeks of completed label design. 
  • Bags: Turnaround time is generally 3-4 weeks for custom logo printing.

5. After the printing process is complete and we have received the finished product, our agencies will then send you an email follow-up to verify your shipping preferences, before they are sent out for delivery. You should then receive a tracking number update accordingly.

PRINTING OPTIONS

IF I HAVE A DROPSHIP ACCOUNT WITH YOU, HOW CAN I STORE MY PURCHASED BRANDING ITEMS FOR DROPSHIPPING?

If you purchase a custom printing service from us, you will receive an email update from our agency after the process is complete. In the email, our designer will provide you two options. The two options are the following.

1. You can ask to have the branding materials shipped to your requested address. 

2. If you have a dropship membership* with us, you can ask to have the finished branding items stored in our facility for future dropship orders. 

* If you have a Dropship Bundles membership with Wordpress, all active memberships qualify for branding storage.

* If you have a Dropship Beauty membership for Shopify, you will need to be on the PRO PLAN in order to have your branding materials stored in our facility. Please click here to learn more about our membership options in greater detail.

 

I ALREADY HAVE MY OWN BRANDING ITEMS PRINTED WITH MY LOGO IN IT. HOW CAN I SEND THEM TO YOUR FACILITY FOR DROPSHIPPING?

  • If you have a Dropship Bundles membership with Wordpress, please click here to submit a "send us your branding form" for pending approval. You will receive an email update within 1-2 business days of its approval status, and what next steps to follow up with, if your form is approved.
  • If you have a Dropship Beauty membership with Shopify, please click here to learn how you can submit a "send us your branding" form from the app for pending approval. Please note that you need to be on the PRO PLAN in order to have your branding materials stored in our facility.

IF I HAVE BRANDING ITEMS STORED IN YOUR FACILITY, HOW CAN I APPLY THEM FOR DROPSHIP ORDERS?

Reference # (Only For Drop shippers): After your custom branding item has been physically created or if you decide to send your own branding to us, we will provide you with a reference number to use each time you place an order. This number allows us to locate your custom branding, and have them shipped with your order accordingly.

If you have a Dropship Bundles membership with Wordpress, you will have to manually add your reference number to each order. You can click here to learn how to can add your reference number to an order, before adding it to your cart, and finalizing the payment afterwards.

If you have a Dropship Beauty membership with Shopify and you are on the PRO PLAN, your reference number will already be embedded to your dropship account. Therefore, all orders moving forward will automatically have your reference number applied. To learn more about the process, you can click here to get a better understanding. 

WHAT ARE DESIGN TEMPLATES? ARE THEY THE SAME AS THE PRINTING SERVICE?

The design templates are pre-made concept labels that you can purchase digitally. THIS IS NOT A LABEL PRINTING SERVICE. The design template purchase allows you the advantage to make further edits to the label as you please, and to then have it printed at your own will.

CAN I ALSO PURCHASE PLAIN BRANDING AND HAVE THEM USED FOR DROPSHIPPING?

Yes, you can! As long as you have an active dropship account (Dropship Beauty users will need to be on the PRO PLAN), you can email agency@privatelabelextensions.com or leave a note on the order, and request to have the purchased items stored in our facility for dropshipping. We will then send you an email follow up for further verification.
